To view or e-mail detailed Signature Proof of Delivery information, enter the 9-digit FedEx account number associated with the shipment.

Proof of Delivery Summary:

If an account number is not provided, or if it doesn't match the shipper or payor, then thesummary Proof of Delivery without an image will be provided.

An online signature proof of delivery letter may not be available for shipments delivered by a FedEx Global Service Participant. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
